You want:

  • Dried or fresh sage leaves
  • Lemon
  • Honey
  • Water
  • Other herbal tea bags (optional)

Method:

  • In a bowl, add water and bring it to a boil.
  • Switch off the flame and add sage leaves(dried or fresh ).
  • Set the lid on the pan and keep it aside for 3-5 minutes. You may reuse the leaves for yet another time.
  • Now, as per your taste, add lemon juice and honey to it.
  • If you would like to make a fusion tea, then set a herbal tea bag(of your choice) from the cup.
